| that have a "name@company" type of user name. They are forced to limit how they post while the rest of the community is free to say whatever they want. Kyle does indeed use tact...most of the time. I've seen some posts where he has completely torn into people. I agree that the linked post may have been handled in a better manner but this current instance was fairly tactful. He didn't call anybody a name. He just called him out as being a foul customer that he was previously warned about but took anyway. I might say the same if I just got accused of something illegal for no reason.
